The Fayetteville Academy believes that the Arts are an essential part of a child’s education. Band, Chorus, Theater, and the Visual Arts give students a unique means of expression, deepening their passions and emotions, allowing them the freedom to explore new ideas, and to better understand the world around them.
Former President John F. Kennedy stated, "I see little of more importance to the future of our country and of civilization than full recognition of the place of the artist. If art is to nourish the roots of our culture, society must set the artist free to follow his/her vision wherever it takes him/her."
